CIRA’s academic staff offer teaching through Curtin University’s School of Electrical Engineering, Computer and Mathematical Sciences (EECMS).
We teach units that complement our research, in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computing, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics and Astrophysics, providing several study streams leading into your future career.
Our undergraduate projects complement our teaching in these areas, and are suitable for students in 3rd, 4th and 5th Years (including honours/capstone projects).

Higher Degree by Research Explainer
Curtin offers a range of Higher Degree by Research pathways for those who hold a master degree or bachelor degree with first or upper-second class honours.
Research forms the foundation of these degrees, allowing you to complete a thesis written under the guidance of a supervisor.
