- Extending the Mentoring Program: Including undergraduate students in the mentoring efforts.
- ICRAR Support Group: Providing a support network within ICRAR.
- Understanding Neurodiversity: Raising awareness and promoting inclusivity for neurodiverse individuals.
- Climate/Wellbeing Surveys: Conducting mid-year surveys to assess work climate and wellbeing.
